BBQ Knife

This wide blade is deceptively lightweight. Though it is large, the spine is 1/8” thick, and that big wide blade is one continuous bevel from the spine down to its ridiculously sharp and thin edge. 
This is a slicer, meant for slicing and dicing meat and vegetables, it is NOT a cleaver. The edge and bevels are ground thin, so this knife is not suitable for chopping bone. 
The handle is a custom composite handle I put together myself, featuring white G10, a spacer made of blue/black G10, and then some beautiful dyed and stabilized Beechnut burl. That composite scale is sitting on top of gray G10 liners, all held together with Tiffany Blue G10 pins and West Systems GFlex epoxy. 
Comes with a zip up padded knife pouch.
